Apria Background Checks

I am in this industry already, (work for praxair...clearly getting bought out from what I'm seeing/hearing). One of my best friends is going to apply for a job in Texas with Apria. She was asking me what exactly they will be requesting/receiving when they conduct her background check. Is it just criminal, employment verification, etc? She's was worried about a speeding ticket that she had received like 9 years ago. I told her I'm sure it wouldn't be a big deal, but I had no clue what they look for. I figured someone on here may know the answer. Any responses would be appreciated.

I was justed hired by Apria. They do check your background. They don't care about finicial. They only want to know if you have committed a crime not a speeding ticket. Is is for insurance reasons. So far the company is great to work for, but the biggest problem is training on how to do things the Apria way. I have worked in the DME business for a long time and have worked for 4 other companyies and all of them, have the same problem. Very little training and conflicting process to acheive your job. Apria is the major player in this industry and it is only getting better. They just need to get a good training program in place to be the best.
