ARM position

I asked someone that a while back- have some background and was told they’d never hire a TAS…crazy
I'm not sure going for ARM openings is the best career move. When Novartis restructures again, and they will, I feel this will be the first position cut. Hearing that lots of displaced ABLs along with select TAS are going for these openings. I could see a highly proficient TAS with support from ABL and RD landing an ARM role.

There really isn’t anywhere that’s “safe” anymore. It seems at least once or twice a year certain teams are downsized or eliminated for no rhyme or reason. I know several TAS’s that have become ARM’s. There is hope

ARMs and reimbursement in general would be a great move from sales. And a great career move. One of the very few areas in pharma that is seeing growth across the industry.
