Forget about feelings and focus on your point about alliances. Antonio completely screwed the pouch on the Arthrex deal and may likely pay with his exile to Sardinia, while others try to find fertile employment should sleepy Joe become US President..... God forbid!
The list of names that predates the ones you complain about currently is long and exhausting.
Fidia is a fucking joke. HA is a fucking joke. This company is a revolving door for the most part of people who once done with Fidia either remove it from their resume or leave the medical device industry.
Sinking ship. If your currently interviewing with Fidia or considering it, look elsewhere! Weak corporate infrastructure and more than 1/2 the current salesforce will be gone by end of summer as almost every single rep is currently interviewing elsewhere.
