OMG! Reps work less than 20 hours per week and you are complaining about Friday afternoon! Ridiculous!The nail in the coffin was taking the half day fridays. How petty can you be? After cutting 1.5% of our end of year money, cutting 30% of the sales force, doubling or tripling the territory size, and boxed warning, was it really necessary? How much revenue was gained from a couple more hours in the field on Friday?

Don’t know about NY but a lot of people are leaving, have left and or lost faith in leadership. This use to be a great company but the micromanagement, lack of managed care wins, abandoned and rejected scripts, new HORRIBLE leadership….. take the job if you need it but keep looking for real opportunities. The pay sucks! They just took part of 401K away and the goals are increased every 3 months. You can be a Summit one year and bottom rep the next. Moral at all time low. Good LuckApplied for Women’s Health position in Albany, NY and have phone screen interview scheduled. How is the manager? Micromanager? why is territory open? What are most reps total comp including salary and bonus? Would really appreciate a few honest answers between the jackass responses I’m sure I’ll get as well. Thank You
