At the end of the day this is such a farce

The intention of this post is not to be negative, malicious, or to spew hatred. I have seen the perception about Watson from many people in different roles for over 5 years. Am I fortunate to have a job in the Depression, absolutely. The reality that all of you hand puppets in this dysfunctional company will never recognize is that the reps. that survive and live another day is not our sub par products, management and blatant hypocrisy but rather pity and compassion of the physicians, nursing staff, and decision makers that truly like me and all other reps. on strictly a human level. This job is such a waste of time, effort, and self esteem. My doctors tell me my products are the worst in each and every therapeutic class and they feel sorry that I have to do this to survive. My retort is you are 110% correct and I thank them for their compassion and empathy. I have reached a point where I don't even bother to try to sell this sheist schlock dreck anymore. The doctors love that I am so ambivalant about what nonsense this company stands for that they give me a little play. Am I a hypocrite, YES. We should be ashamed of our company it's products and the simpletons that run this dysfunctional generic house posing as a legitimate player in healthcare. The said reality is that every person in field sales feels the same way but do not have the courage, balls, and guts to man up. What's the point, people are all scared little sheep and will NEVER call a spade a spade. This entire Industry has always been a joke, we are nothing more than glorified caterers at best. I will continue drawing my pay as long as the gravy train lasts, but make no mistake, I will never compromise my dignity, integrity, and soul for this abortion. Phonies, liars, backstabbers, and souless zits how utterly nausiating the lowest common denominators are who think we bring value, true medicinal options, and anything of quality to society. Well said. Big Pharma is just as bad, but for a different reason, they are bloated and have too many reps. Watson's problem is that the company is run by children. I would love to help them see what realistic goals look like and how to run this company in a realistic manner, but I am all out of crayons and puppets

A disgrace indeed! I am on my way out and not for a lack of trying. My doctors have said straight up why would we use your garbage products when we have REAL options out there, and thanks for the free lunches chump! F all the people that say it's the reps and not the products. I have seen these A holes acting like they could sell water in the desert @ POA's, in the field, etc. All these so called managers do is push papers around, act like scared little mice, and boot hard working people out by 18 months. I know of only 1 manager in this company who is respected by his reps. and other reps. At some point Brand will become too much of a liability even though it is the best tax write off. Think of your manager and evaluate what type of person they are, at least 90% of you will agree that they will throw you under a bus in a heartbeat, lie to you, and misrepresent themselves, this cesspool of a company and how lucky we are to work here. WHAT NONSENSE!!!
