Too bad because the south has some very strong CLs some of which get no support and some getting regular doses of abuse. They focus on the work and try to block out the bully behavior. And then there are a few that are bullies in training or just plain rotton people.
 


I think it speaks volumes that an ABM is allowed to get trashed and make a complete fool of themselves by trashing their coworkers. Regardless of the awful job PK did in the launch, to have a “leader” make a fool of her on a shuttle bus was embarrassing. I guess you can get away with a lot here

Its really weird. Some can get away with complete foolishness that makes our company like awful. Jo mb while some get fired for absolutely nothing SN JH. Zero consistency. This is however the only pharma company in the world that jo would still be working at let alone a manager. Disgraceful

JO , MB , jealous-judgmental people. incredibly toxic because they have so much internal self-hate that they can't be happy for anyone around them. And typically, their jealousy comes out as judgment, criticism or gossip. According to them, everyone else is awful, uncool or lacking in some way. Now with new leadership things will change for the better.

MB is misunderstood. I don’t think he’s the best guy for the job, but he is actually a good person. I don’t think he’s good as a manager but if you ever sat down with him one on one he is a nice guy. He is kinda Odd and says completely off the wall stuff, I do agree with that! Why is there so much hate? Life is way too short to be so angry.

You have been fortunate to not see how is really is. Trust it pure evil. He is not a good person. He has done horrible things to several different employees. It will come out eventually.
 









NOTHING will be done about the bullying...it’s the law of the land. Go ahead and call HR, it’ll simply get swept under a pretty little rug and maybe only if you can afford to hire an attorney, will you ever hear back from anyone.
