Austedo

Can anyone comment on the reimbursement for this drug? What's the net profit look like for dispensing specialty pharmacies?

Most state Medicaid plans cover Austedo at $6/mo. and is usually at parity on commercial plans with Ingrezza. VMAT2s require PA's or failure on Tetra first. All net profits are different with SPs depending on negotiated contract with the SP. The bigger the distribution model of the SP the better the contract.

Austedo's margins are much smaller than Ingrezza's. We contract to get preferred status, we have the HD indication yet we were out sold 304m to 150m for Q1. The gap is widening and just going to get wider. No wait, we have the Uzedy reps to help with our SOV! yippee.

Reinforcements are here because you couldn’t get the job done the first five years or however long you’ve been here. I guess you’ve been here about 1-2 years. Answered like a true douche for such a non-threatening question. Don’t forget to leave your sign in sheets at your offices to retrieve later after your snack drop off.

Neurocrine just had a head start and a better strategy. While both were approved at the same time, austedo did not have a designated salesforce for that first year. Tava leadership is a mess and will have another set of layoffs soon. All three sales divisions are freaking out. NeuroScience and NeuroPsych are both worried about being let go in 4-6 months while NeuroHealth is just happy to have a job. They are hoping they will still have a seat when the music stops playing. After all, their drug was not approved by the fda. Teva leadership is their own worst enemy

That is very accurate. I am in NS and can tell you that half my team warmed up their resumes. Ajovy is not going anywhere and selling Austedo to Neurologists is not working out because of access. We suspect that teva will either cut Neuroscience or Neurohealth. It probably depends on the approval of Uzedy. If uzedy is approved, they will let us go. If Uzedy is not approved, teva will let go of NH. Its one or the other. Like you said, teva will decide in about 3-4 months. That puts us around the same time they did the layoffs last year. This way they can finish the year strong and mess with our bonuses again. LOL! Moral in Teva's sales divisions is so low.

I have been here for just under a year and I am already looking. This place is a shitshow.
