He got promoted because he went to the gain team and puffed the hog of his superiors leading to his miraculous rise to the top. How did KH get to the top is a complete mystery. She was a lousy rep, never won anything and was a manger for a hot minute until she became a secretary for EB. After she got promoted from secretary she was appointed VP of aesthtics. See folks, the next leader of Galderma will be the janitor who cleans the poop that Fleming spews from his rear. If you can prove you can pick up after Fleming’s crap you deserve to run the whole show. This whole place is a con job and eveyone works for the mob. Flemming is the mob boss.
