Bard Access Position

Hi potential candidate,

This is Kevin. I've decided to move on and start fresh with an all new candidate pool. Next time try and not come to CP for advice about a manager and maybe you'll land a job. Congrats, you'll never find out what Bard access is all about.

Good question to ask about KD. Does not work for access but does work for PV. I would suggest you start on linked in and find some fellow reps that worked for him or someone that might know someone that worked for him if you want the real answer. he has had a number of reps that no longer work for him (is it him or is it Bard) as to why people leave? You may or may not get an honest answer but you'll get a better view than anyone you ask here. I doubt if you call someone up directly that they will give you the truth if they don't know you so if really interested you'll have to work at it.

I would suggest that you look at the turnover for his district. How long has he been a manager (five year range for sure)? Ask him about each person on his team and how long have they been with Bard? Did he hire them or someone else? People work for people. in the last two years if he turned over more than two people, you should be worried. Anything more than 2 in five years you should be worried. It's either him at that point or the company
