What are people hearing for base salary range for the new sales force? $150k too high?

No rep is worth 150, i wouldn't pay over 75k for any rep if I owned the company

So what is the range? Is there a signing bonus and stock options?

Nobody knows the exact range - all that is shared is that the company is willing to pay on the "high end"....what is the "high" end? Nobody knows...

What do the competitors pay on the high end? If one knows that - then a range can be calculated.

Otsuka pays about $125-130 on the high end...

Anyone else know what Lundbeck, Sunovian, Forest, Novartis, Janssen pay?

I heard 5-10% over base. Is that true??

I told them I needed 125k and didn't seem to be a problem at all.
