Be careful folks. Bayer's culture is not a good one despite what any of those managers might tell you over there. Regardless of how well you do you will be ranked and put on PIPs, and that is even when beating quotas assuming most does. Micro managing from head office is ridiculous. Pay is average at best and they pride themselves on paying in the middle of the spectrum then cap you early with minimal raises after that. Get all your details if you plan to stick with them.
