Are you kidding me??? There will not be any sale of the BDC business there are no takers or in this case "suckers" who will buy it.

IBGS will be discontinued. Sales are weak and Apple not nearly as enthused as Sanofi.
Not the robust partnership that Bayer and Medtronic have.
