Be prepared for changes in Bayer coverage!

SC’s! Be prepared, as PBMs and Payers are cutting bait on key portfolio coverage in 2025. The dimwits in Market Access won’t tell you until it's too late and then wait for their “Big Spin” that it is no big deal or a favorable move by them and Sales Leadership “Sell through It!!” The Clueless so-called leaders lead the clueless account managers and marketing, leaving the sales force - clueless. Bayer will never be profitable again until the executive and senior leadership are changed in several areas. If you think that’s not a fact, look at the exodus of talent constantly in all areas. I’m betting they will never want DSO to figure this one out.

This place is the absolute WORST. I love watching all the highlights of their failures. Bad decision after bad decision. They will never be the company the once were. Just look at how terrible Genentech is still doing years after Bill Anderson ruined them with this bullshit DSO model. It didn’t work then and it doesn’t work now. Years later still laying off and has not recovered. Bad news for Bayer but everyone here is drinking the Koolaid. The smart ones are looking and the vacancies are being filled with shit talent.

So step up and become a Sr Leader.

Ha, you must be one of those incompetent leaders! In this flat organizational structure, there are very few Senior Leader roles available, and the incompetent already in place Leaders are rarely removed. Good luck with stepping up. This is why anyone with any competence leaves or is looking to leave!

OK, then step up and be a Front line leader. I’m fairly confident you’re not one of those either.

I strongly suspect that you are one of the Senior Leaders who lacks vision, the ability to inspire or forecast, and possibly the courage to inform the Executive leaders that without a change in direction, there will be no one left to lead. The stock price is currently around $6, and it continues to decline. The front-line leaders, or "minions," cannot resolve this issue on their own. I hope an intervention is forthcoming because when engagement dropped significantly, our leaders responded by asking, "How are you all going to fix it?" Where is the accountability and ownership from our leaders? This apathy is not something we, as front-line leaders, can fix! So quit with your trite replies!

Best of luck. I will assume you won’t take initiative to fix anything. You will post your frustration and distain for leadership again on Café Pharma in a few months.

I sincerely hope that’s not the case! Like many people here, I’m seeking a career elsewhere instead of remaining in a position that has deteriorated into nothing more than a job. With only about 20% of our sales team receiving a legitimate bonus, and with the Short-Term Incentive (STI) not improving, along with the Long-Term Incentive (LTI) being even worse and likely to remain so for the foreseeable future, it’s clear that the problems go beyond my ability to influence any necessary changes.

It seems you need the luck, or perhaps you’re resigned to just drinking—or serving—the Kool-Aid while continually asking the workers to fix the issues that are out of their control. Look around at our organization; how can you not see that most people feel the same way I do? Where is the accountability from our leaders? I didn’t create these problems and have been given little to no real opportunity to contribute to a solution!

I urge someone in global leadership—whether it’s Germany, Bill, or Mr. Anderson—to please read this and take action! Those leading DSO are not fixing anything!

There has been so much posted on here they haven’t been reading or giving 2 shits about us little guys. BA won’t take a pay cut and literally runs his spreadsheet to eliminate anyone so he can make a profit. All his minions have fallen in line. Never is going to change. Leave while you can.

The loss of coverage in Medicare Part D for two key products will make next year even more challenging than ever for us sales peasants! Thanks Market Access; your group really just sucks!

Here's the thing... once they guys are in Market Access they never leave bc of lack of accountability. That's why there is literally NEVER any turnover in those roles.

Doesn’t help that they have their head so directly up NDs ass she can even feel them in her throat. Both are useless and not innovative problem solvers. Marketing can market or lacks HCP and rep awareness and MA does not know how to negotiate or sell our products to iur
Most important part. The layers. This place is a total
sHIT SHOw full or useless people.
