I'm interviewing and wondering about the benefits package...

Is there a pension-like program or defined contribution program (beyond 401k match)?
Is there an employee stock purchase program? what is the discount?
What is the match for 401k and vesting period?
Are RSUs offered and what is the vesting period?

if you are interviewing, just ask the talent acquisition person this is all info they can provide.

they give RSUs and stock options usually 75% RSUs and 25% options. They also used to give when I worked there extra shares or payout whenever there was a new product or indication approval which was a nice perk.
