Curious about benefits here. I may be applying for an open position. I am curious when I look at Glassdoor and some previous comments why a company that has a stock price in the $460 range why there is only a match of 4% in a 401K match? Are you vested right away? Is there a better match if you are closer to retirement? Also, other comments say the pay isn’t great for a rare disease job. Is this correct and can I make more at Alexion or UCB?
