They have so few contracts they tell people they will accept what the insurance allows. What they mean is they accept what is paid and make no earnest attempts to collect. The owner does not want patient money, only the insurance money. They do try to collect checks that the insurance sends to the patient instead of HDL-- because they are out of network.
