The name of the game is grow, grow and grow! The goal to get the value as high as possible. I'd say the odds are that Exactech would be the acquirer of Smith and Nephew, rather than the acquired! Any opportunities are fair game if their acquisition or relationship will expand marketshare and breadth of products. Binder and the equity partner are experts to make that happen.
 


I worked for binder at biomet. Was never impressed with him. He would always be talking and chasing the females. The only thing exactech has now is deep pockets that binder has been handing out contracts with. Someone mentioned QuinnThrockmoton signing a deal thats only because zimmer biomet fucked him and a few other young surgeons so they took a deal good for them. Its only a matter of time before more of binders minions join the company. I hear its several weeks before stuart kleopfer will be there as well.

Hilarious post. Sadly I'm still at the steaming pile that is Zimmer Biomet. Not greener over here?
