What a joke. Reps losing money on everything. More exp insurance, higher deductibles, less hsa money, unsure about vacation tiers, bonus structure, 401k and end of year profit sharing. Now being forced to pay 25% of all gas and maintenance. 0 formulary coverage and SP coverage 1 month into a launch and senior leadership goes on vacation. And a Viatris history of covering up inappropriate behavior by the male dominated leadership. Get out now if you can.
 
















Just made maintenance and gas at 100%. But that should never have been in question. Biocon has no idea what they are doing and our leadership have no idea how to lead. Reps working on resumes and jumping as fast as they can
 




Everything is a temporary fix until a yet to be determined date. We still are not being told how personal use off the car will be accounted. How will miles be tracked? We still haven’t received anything about the new insurance benefits. The onboarding was a joke yet those speaking up said how wonderful it was and they lost all credibility. No business cards?
 


Agree. Not paying much for cell or internet. Cutting corners in every corp position. What about target bonus? Will that change? Its so bad, everyone is getting their resume together. I have never been part of a team with morale this low. The managers are just stupid yes men.
 


That's what happens when the Swamis run things.

Anytime they buy a gas station - you know immediately because there is no longer any paper for receipts in the machines and there is no longer any toilet paper or paper towels to wash your hands.
 




This did not age well.

They are covering our cars 100%, they increased phone and internet, insurance is either less or the same, more company holidays, etc.

Are there bumps, of course, but it's a new company. What did you expect?

Either mgd markets lied or they dont understand basic info. Terrible leadership. No one even wants to discuss how to improve. They just want to pretend everything is ok. And idiots like you are why we will never be a better company. RUN!
 


Who is saying ANYTHING is better.? HSA is 1/2, premiums are up, deductibles are up. Fewer holidays. Lost 3 personal days. What about “lag week”. Did you even notice they skipped a weeks pay? Just call HR. They will explain it to you very slowly so you can understand. Not 1 thing is better, reps are losing money on day 1.
