Keep hearing that Baxter will be split into two separate companies- med products and bioscience. Keep the traditional Baxter business and return back to shareholders the premium of a bioscience spin off.

As a shareholder I would applaud this move, I'd dump the MD shares in a second and hold the Bioscience shares because someone would acquire the business quickly. Unfortunately the combination of an ineffective Board of Directors and incompetent executive leadership make this move a pipedream!
