Any insight on this? Also interviewing. Few recruiters contacted me gave the normal Bard spiel..70k base 175k to plan, top 10% over 300k. 80k bonus to top 10% 50k to top 20%, company car. Is 150k more realistic? Work/life balance? Currently in surgical side chasing cases.
