Exactly. BJ knows a hell of a lot about Manufacturing and how to squeeze a buck. But as far as people, marketing a product, creating an engaging work environment, progressive business trends, and what a sales force needs...he is failing miserably. Walking around the office and glad handing every so often doesn't do crap when you are tucked away with yes men in a back office and waxing poetic about how terrible things were before you got there to save the day.

Making fun of those that have a different view point as you does not improve your argument. There are lots of reasons for people to question BJ's abilities, and the people he surrounds himself with. The fact that you are not very articulate in your comebacks leads me to believe that you are one of his chosen "yes men"

Unfortunately, the "dead weight" is not leaving. Talented people sure are though! I think BJ is a big improvement over DJ but there is a power struggle going on. The President is not in charge at Acumed anymore. Colson is running the show and the new HR queen is driving people away fast!
