I know Fishy will never do anything to this horrific excuse of an RM because she lies for him at the depos but CC please, I beg you please ask her for her FCR's for the year. She doesn't do them because she NEVER goes in the field and if she produces any, look when they were created and ask the rep if she really was with them. She'll find every worthless local convention she can, stuff her face with chocolates, and then spend the rest of the week running her kids around or doing nothing. She doesn't return calls, emails, texts, anything! She can't fire 2 of her reps no matter how hard she tries because she never works herself and she has no FCRs on them. She knows if she pushes too hard they may look into her. She bad mouths all of her colleagues behind their back and she threatened all of us on her team that we'd better say good things about her on MF's "survey" that only allowed for positive answers. Then she tells us, "no other RM's rated as highly as I did". What a joke! If any of you in the West read this, beware as she has a couple of rats in other Regions that she always pumps for info and tries to undermine her colleagues with. It's easy to know who they are, just keep your eyes open at a meeting!

Negative energy????? LOL! BL's region in nothing but negative energy! Talking negatively about others. BC spewing gossip about everyone. The rest of the reps making excuse after excuse for why they can't launch a drug. This is a perfect example of as leadership goes, so goes the rest of the team. BL talking negative about other managers. BL talking crap about any female whether they are a rep or management due to her own insecurities. Surfer dude slacking off every day.
I'm just gonna make an educated "guess" and say you are one of her reps who loves the fact that she never ever works so you can feel better about the fact that you never work and are never held accountable for your lack of performance. You love the statue quo. Clown.

If by comical, you mean 100% accurate then I agree with you. BL is a mute in any group setting and never has anything to offfer but get her one on one and she'll criticize every one of her colleagues and is unrelenting on other women. She'll do anything to keep other women down, heaven forbid someone threaten her co-dependent relationship with Fishy! She's a glorified admin assistant who can't return any form of communication in a timely fashion. Is is apathy? Disorganization? Ineptitude? I believe the answer is yes to all 3. BL flat out doesn't work, when she does drag herself out into the field (which is about as often as the groundhog sees it's shadow) it's for 3 hours at the absolute most. She never offers any type of data analysis, knows virtually nothing about ASI, and can't carry on an intelligent conversation with anyone. I've deduced her main asset to the company is she's a female willing to lie for MF during depositions.

BL and Fishy fish had a very unhealthy co-dependent relationship where she knew all of his transgressions and protected him and he protected her by allowing her to never go out in the field or produce an original thought in a public setting. She will be completely exposed without him and won't be here long. Karma is coming for you BL and your obsession to keep all women from ascending in the organization because of your insecurity will be a thing of the past.
