Keep running!!! Especially, if Gardner is your mgr. I met her a few times and she is all FLUFF.... I heard she provides no support for her Reps and will let them hang out to dry. Though, she does make the best "Event Planner" that Smiths has ever hired. She came near my terriotry to do a site visit on a stupid 2-day regional mtg......HELLO!!! BD does such a great job marketing and Smiths cannot compete. Corporate is sooo unrealistic with objectives, no clue!! You will be better off elsewhere, don't tell me I told you so......
