Been a rough run and we’re going to miss huge again. People not making money even though we’re selling millions per rep, 60% of my colleagues would leave or are looking hard for other positions outside of the company. What was once a great place to work at has become a miserable place to work at. Sad really.
Q2, we had so many promotions and we still missed our national number by A LOT! Now we’re all stuck with a bunch of product on shelves so we can kiss Q3 goodbye. At some point this will bite us in the a$$!
