This group will justify it by saying, "if they don't want to be here, we don't want them," or, "they weren't leaders or high performers worthy of being considered for promotion."

Come on Its not the most talented group leaving. The names I have heard I would be glad to have as competitors.
Alkermes has become lame and Todds sucks, but it is not exactly a talent suck with the folks that have left. Enjoy your launch.
 
I counted 15 PC winners (combined) between the group that left last week, including several Executive reps and Sr TBMs. Don’t tell me we just lost some dead weight. Just see what happens in those territories.

Because PC means your a good rep.? Executive and Senior at this company isn't awarded on merit any longer so not much weight there. Many ass kisser in that group.

So you’re still at Alkermes? If it sucks so bad and Braeburn is so great, why aren’t you there? You either suck so bad they didn’t want you (which says something, bc they scraped the bottom of the barrel on some hires and still have positions open) or you work for them now and didn’t have the balls to talk shit about Alkermes as a Braeburn employee.

Either way, you’re obviously miserable.

Absolutely lost good reps. KB and KS were amongst the best. Alks doesn’t have a long term strategy with Addiction at this point. Probably a good move. Although, many of those that “went” to B were already gone from Alks moons ago…and sales continued on. Just sayin’.

Wish they would have taken all the kams. What a worthless group they are. They bring in ZERO $$$ and suck money out of our budget. They ALL need to go!

Canny is harmless. Useless, but harmless. If you want someone to go, send “the other” Kevin O’Neil. He’s a pompous sack of pus. Elevate… the only thing that program has elevated is his ego to new levels!

Canny is harmless. Useless, but harmless. If yo ureally want to get rid of somebody, put the focus on Kevin O'Neil. ELEVATE - the only thing this program has taken to new levels is his bloated ego.
