Wow, a little birdie told me some big news. Bravo to the new CEO for letting go the bully at Radius. Former employee here and not responding to any replies. He had the guts to do what no one else did.

Were the rumors true? Yes. She treated her team like crap, treated the administrative staff like crap, and it was allowed….for years. Ask them. I saw it many times. Honestly why I left. HR did nothing.

Radius should not tolerate this type of behavior, from anyone. For it to have gone on for so long was a disgrace. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect. Some employees think they are invincible. I don’t think the new guy will allow it. Bravo SB.

Of course they are talking about Chhaya not Danielle. Danielle is way too incompetent to be remotely scary. Did you see her at the NSM, following Ed around like a little puppy dog? I never saw Ed once without Danielle sitting two inches away listening to his every word and ready to jump at every order barked at her. I think he had to shake her free to hit the head. Totally pathetic scene.
