ROL ....everyone is on drugs! The company has sucked, as has most of the employees since BMS kicked them to the curb. You cannot fix stupid. Only ones still left could not make it anywhere else. I heard that the only new hires are those that were fired years ago, and now CVT hiring them back. Funny anyone would consider coming back. CVT looks horrible on a resume.
 


Convatec is one of the most admired, respected sales organizations in the US. The most talented sales reps, the best products, superior managers. It doesn’t get any better than to work for Convatec!
 


Someone has a very good sense of humor. ConvaTec is a complete train wreck of a so called “company”. The only lists that they would be on are places to avoid, and places with an average tenure for sales reps in months, not years.

Agree 100%. I actually did a search to try to confirm any level of truth to this post - surprise, it is all false. I did find an article that highlighted the current failures and dismal future outlook for Convatec. smh. The only way they can get any positive news out there is to spin lies. Not much has changed. I wonder how they convince applicants during the interview process that this is a viable company? I guess I should rephrase that: the is no "interview process." If you apply, you are automatically hired.

Two people on my team got an email saying they are getting a salary increase. The rest of us did not. We all live in high cost areas. I desperately need a salary increase. I can barely pay my bills. I hate this company so much.
 


New hires are now coming in at a much higher salary. All of us who came on board 2 -3 years ago are stuck. New hires are getting paid more. 80k is the new starting base.
 


I received an email informing me that my regional manager- surgical west region, is completely unqualified, has absolutely no idea what he is doing, and his team is in disbelief that he was ever hired.
 






I completely agree about HR. They play a big role in hiring managers like this, as well as allowing him to continue to provide no direction to his team. Although, I think they have such an untalented, moronic, limited pool to draw from, that whoever applies is hired. The qualified, professional managers are not looking at convatec wound care/surgical.
