I am in shock how different this company feels since the beginning of the year. The culture is gone. We are managed by metrics that are nothing less of primary care all driven by someone who has never been in oncology. I am embarrassed and have never seen anything like this in all of my years in oncology. We've heard that you all care about our safety yet managers are insisting on live field rides in states where COVID cases are off the charts and walking into offices where the patients are immunocompromised. Nothing less than irresponsible of the organization. Managers and senior leaders are encouraging us to just show up at accounts even the ones that we are locked out of. 100% irresponsible! We have one chance to establish a great reputation in the oncology world and your leaders are being careless! When we are through this pandemic our accounts will remember those companies that respected their asks instead of the selfish activity that we are all witnessing and asked to participate in. Real oncology companies are respecting their customers and being partners during this pandemic. Real oncology companies are not allowing their reps in the field. What if one of us brings COVID into an account???? We are bugging the crap out of customers when they order vials of drug to find out patient types. WHO CARES!!! Let's put our agenda aside and create a reputation that is respected in the industry. The field is scared to speak up so please take action. We are all doing everything we can to help patients during this time as we all want every patient to get the benefit of our life changing medicine. I can only hope that whoever is hired to lead the oncology organization gets how important this is and isn't brought in from big Pharma. New hires are already looking to leave and that is a sign of what is happening in the organization and a lost culture.
 




The company is run by r*****s. What do you expect? Have you seen the commercial leadership in the sleep unit lately? Marketing and Comm Ops are a fucking shitshow of incompetence. What made you think this new fangled oncology group would be any different? They try to cover up the fucked up launches of Sunosi and Defitilio by buying a piece of shit molecule nobody wanted and tried to push it through in record speed. God help anyone still working at this lost cause
 


What leadership? That is the problem. Just see managers that do not have the courage to stand up and lead. Bruce will not have to lay off when many are looking to leave. Culture of this organization is gone.

The worst, most shady sleep managers were sleep reps first. They enjoyed the culture as reps and are destroying it as managers.
 




YES! The last 5 years has rewarded the "snakes" with promotions to management.
Jazz of the past would NEVER be selling a product to be used in primary care. It doesnt matter that the PC/Psych reps are technically Syneos reps, they are still selling a Jazz product. Yawn, just another big pharma wanna be now.
 


Get over yourself, PLEASE. If the patients are in the PCP office - then thats where you go. Dont make yourself so SPECIAL. And if Jazz truly is about patients - then go where they ARE...not where you PREFER to go...

that’s on you. Don’t hire people that refer a puzzle and a chase, a skill set which goes beyond primary care, and then ask them to market crap to pcps.

Here’s a reality blast for you. I don’t work at jazz any more because I don’t do primary care. I left and my bump in base was more than what you make in bonus. So enjoy mediocrity. Your attitude lends itself well to it.

Agree with this. Working with many of them and not surprised by the primary care mentality and Big Pharma feel. Destroying the culture here and they would never be hired in leadership at another company. Lost the ability to think on our own and to be heard. Metrics and process is killing this company with the current leadership in place. Everyone has their project to push without any coordination or oversight for the outcome. Senior leaders would gain a lot if they would host some virtual feedback sessions where employees can voice concerns. Survey isn't enough as they pull from it what they want to be heard because the last round feedback was harsh and no action was taken.
 


We are clear which reps are worthless and never had real relationships. Bye bye crap reps. Stop complaining about the managers.. you are the ones that aren’t performing. No layoffs, rather mass firing to bring in real talent.
