Lapel??? Back stabbing 5 foot, 300 lb troll who is “in bed” with his neighbor RVK. I wanted to puke at his rehearsed Thomas, OK story in Nashville. RVK and his Walmart Notre Dame fan ways…..ELT is terrible and lapel is right there with them all. I love the way they are having ppl, couple on my team already, “resign” instead of put on a PIP. You get 10 weeks pay, 3 months benefits and Avanir, B and RVK get to sell to the sales force “these people resigned and didn’t want to be here”, instead of the truth that they were going to be fired either way
 








That is a terrible way to talk about someone. Don’t like his management style…fine but the terrible personal attacks. He is a person and actually a really nice guy. That is pretty below the belt.
 






RVK and Lappel should just stop with all the BS emails, ride alongs and phony act about the merger. Just let us all work in peace. Thank god RVK got cut. Big Boy Lapell should have been cut also to rid us of all his mismanagement over the last year. That guy couldn't sell his way out of a paper bag but he could eat his way out of one!
