Bulk order call wants to take away POC orders

Alex said CSMs are looking for orders over 50. It’s time for the insanity to stop. Let the reps sell. It is not our fault the IC plan is the dumbest thing ever created in the history of the world. Why don’t the sams go get bulk orders, oh wait they never did. It’s always been the SSSs. Sams are too busy sending emails, going to the gym or whatever it is they do. Sams and mdls really are the smartest people on earth. They get paid well for sending emails and running errands and driving NO business. I want their job, I really do, but until I get it let me get as many POC orders as I can. So I can have a resume and the number to get a sam or mdl job. Only seems fair.
 


THEY NVR DROVE ANY BUSINESS. They ride the coat tails of the reps. Call and find out what’s going on. Tell us their job is not to get us access, but then they want field updates. We are not your peasants. Lazy fcks. We do not need sams. At all. They are useLESS.

I think that is the question everyone has. What do they do except ride with reps like they are an area manager, meanwhile reps can't have the amount of lunches they need due to budgets. Take that money they waste and give it to the field. It is a mystery how and why they hired so many that have no clue how to be a director and why they have that many. There may be 2 of them that are decent at their job. There needs to be 2-4 tops. 2 for east and 2 for west. They offer no strategy, all they do is take what the field tells them and then takes that info to JG.

We may be the only company that has 800+ sales reps, 16 SD's for one product.
