Didn't Convatec fire or demote all their Burn Specialists back in 2008-09?? Why would you want this job let alone work for this corrupt company?

Regarding the utter mess Convatec is enduring, think about this....people wouldn't be castigating Mitt Romney for working at Bain Capital if they knew the sordid machinations of Nordic and Avista Capital and how they destroyed many careers at Convatec (with the end of Convatec as we know it imminent). Bain Capital is Santa Claus compared to the Parasites from Nordic. Just my Humble opinion.....

Did you get the job at Convatec (Burn position)? If you did, just be aware that you are now working for a company that shows complete contempt for its people. I left during the Holiday Season (my best Christmas present was a job offer from a company that is a giant improvement over Convatec in many ways: Competent Management, Classy Corporate Culture, Employees are Respected, Better MONEY, etc, etc--Did I say BETTER MONEY!!) and I know of many others looking to get out. You may temporarily be ok in this position but understand that Convatec has had Burn Specialists before--then suddenly disbanded the group--they were totally callous as to the consequences these people suffered. Good Luck and BE CAREFUL.

I get your point, however it may be a long term well paid position with little accountability. Think about this....Lori Toner, Randy Mindak, Tom Consigney, Ashley Mitros, in fact most corp accts who never have to GAIN NEW BUSINESS, Clinical Sales Specialists (what is it they do 40 hrs a week?), CCC group who sell, what?, ONE PRODUCT, 4 Area VP's (do we really need 4, and what do they do 40 hours a week?).......get my point?
