You are a number and she only cares about the number...she makes up things to rationalize her decisions. for example, somebody wanted to interview for an open prof ed position and she told they couldn't because they were not in the MDP program, yet she hires 2 managers that have been with this company less than 2 years combined. She thinks that her success can be translated to this company without adaptation, make a binder and "SHOW & TELL" to your Dr's...WTF!!!!!!! are you kidding
