What is the deal with her? What is the over all consensus? I am interviewing for a position in the east and have heard conflicting views and read some interesting things.

She will do or say anything to advance. This is no longer about chance, or her bad hire in New England. 4-6 of her people who are trying to get out and want to stay within J&J have been passed over. This includes field sales trainers who have given countless hours with out reward for the company. This would include top performers on a national basis. What do you think this beast told the other hiring DM's? I m sure she would say I just told them the truth. Well the truth is you suck! You can not fool everybody, and people are on to you! Just think if this division folds as expected, and you kept numerous people in this hell hole,that could have escaped. I have 0 respect for you, made up name Clever!
 


You are a number and she only cares about the number...she makes up things to rationalize her decisions. for example, somebody wanted to interview for an open prof ed position and she told they couldn't because they were not in the MDP program, yet she hires 2 managers that have been with this company less than 2 years combined. She thinks that her success can be translated to this company without adaptation, make a binder and "SHOW & TELL" to your Dr's...WTF!!!!!!! are you kidding
