Call from whistleblower layer?

Lots of lawsuits going on right now. Best to take their number call them back to see if they are legitimate and telling you the truth. If it is a legitimate law firm they cannot solicit you to join a suit but they can ask you questions. It's your choice to answer or not. You can have them represent you and whatever you share will be attorney client privilege and they cannot share with others. There never ever should be fees involved. Hope that helps.

how to handle?
It depends on what you know. They will only ask you questions and may give you some advice, but you have to hire them. Whistle-blower lawsuits are difficult to prove in court. It has to be a new claim, and not coat-tailed onto a previous suit. If you know of Medicare or Medicaid fraud concerning Purdue, it cannot hurt to contact a whistle-blower attorney. Make sure they are reputable, and have a record of whistle-blower recovery.

you should talk to the la times, the lawyers, anyone who will listen! this company has screwed so many people over, especially women. hr is the most corrupt of all as they let it all happen. they don't give a shit about employees.now they are hiring all of these women to cover it up, but it isa total sham.
