Checked out some Glassdoor review for Benco the other day, they're obviously trying to rig the algorithm to get a higher rating that they really should have. Benco wasn't a 4/5 star company even in 2016 when they were riding a huge year and mistakenly thought they could become a USD 1 Billion company the following year.

What a joke... Is that how they are tricking people into getting interested in working for them nowadays?

I always write a negative review every year. I want potential employees to know how bad Benco is.

you don’t know how good you have it. Grass is not greener on the other side. You’re working in an industry that is phasing out the distribution model. There will be less reps, larger territories, so enjoy the ride. Working 10 hours a week, no one tracking you, no manager tracking how many crm notes you input….
you have it good.
