I really don’t understand how this company can continually add large salaries and inflated titles
to a very top heavy, bloated payroll and fail to give increases to the minions. It’s been 3 years... unconscionable. SMDH

They don't care about the sales force. It's all about senior management. This happens when you worl for a company that pays you less than the Sales Contract Organizations. Really CHEAP!

Because they can.

In the absence of a union and given fairly low turnover, they will continue.

No one is required to stay there and going three years without raises is the fault of the person that stays.
