WTF? seems a little sketchy to me but I am very cautious anyway. I don't want to provide my SSN to this Kroll company, they have everything else.
Any thoughts?

Yes, I got this letter as well. I remember getting a similar letter about a year ago. Seems a bit sketchy to me to.
