Not really. At least they have 3 months to find something else. I'm worried that if a bunch of us are laid off in November, it's going to be stiff competition trying to find something else. At least the cci group has an extra month to find a job

I don’t think it’s ever been one month. I’ve always known it to be two weeks per year of service.

12x your weekly comp (annual comp divided by 52); or 8x your weekly comp plus an add’l 2x your weekly comp for each year of service completed not to exceed 78x your weekly comp. Also offering one time transition assistance payment of 5K.
