OCS reps call on IM and Endos and will be the new primary care reps since obesity is the primary market and revenue generating opportunity. The new GI/Hep reps have a very small window of time to make impact before CMS forces pricing down (probably below the current commercial price of $499) and other fatty liver competitors in and coming to market in less than 24 months. The GI territories are large and I’m not sure about the pay. I’m guessing $130K+ base and not including bonus. Good luck!

If OCS become primary care reps (not specialty anymore) what happens to DCS? Negille said everyone who is “responsible” for Wegovy will launch MASH. Does that include DCS or will they take Wegovy away from them after the 3 month panic?
