total head-scratcher that CDC's are making $160K at plan. when is the end coming to all the comp being paid out? DSC territories bringing in $125K monthly revenue on budgets of $75K and DSC makes $10K. DSC territories that bring in 2 to 3 times that in monthly revenue may not make bonus. one screwed up company

I was led to believe that for every BCR Abl able test done in which the patient stays on gleevac it = 1MM, thats a lot more revenue to the company. BTW BCR abl is just as hard sell if not harder to sell than compass.
 


bcr able is just as hard to sell? how do you figure? it's an established test and you're giving it away. it's a joke that they even qualify this as selling. it's more of a joke that they pay these morons. on your next interview explain to the hiring manager that you failed to hit goal with a free test. see if they hire you.

not to worry... the CDC team will be gone soon. no one can stand the leadership team. ever since team Novartis took over (joe gunning), it's a fricking joke!). everything has turned into pharma! get out while u can
and the ridiculous "trainings" lead by tricia and the Novartis people are insulting! all they do is regurgitate the same bs we already know. it's getting old fast!
 


More changes to come young buck.. As Novartis cleans house again. More pathologists and tech will be gone.

We don't even run most of anything in house and we have nothing to sell.
