Alas, Bill is and has been gone for some time. The fact this charade continues is a testament to the dysfunction and incompetence of CELT. Unfortunately, this echo chamber of fools couldn’t commercially lead anything and are more concerned about their pet projects rather than the people and businesses they are tasked to lead. I am not sure what’s worse, they are incompetent, out of touch, or just don’t care because the gravy train is just too good to fix!

I find myself thinking about all of the failures launched from this think tank (eg standards, veeva) who never listened to the feedback from the field and medical. This thing is broken and our leaders and the least motivated to change anything. So sad!
 


The entire ecosystem model needs to be scrapped in order for this company to survive. This model makes it impossible to demonstrate field excellence. The physicians need the best of the best. They barely recognize this company. Not one company officially adopted this model because they know it doesn’t work in Pharmaceutical. Competitors are receiving many applications from Genentech people. Morale has been destroyed. Only way out is to kill the model
