Ceva pay range?

Average base- $75K some higher. Ave bonus $25-30K

Get real folks. With the small empire crashing before everyone's eyes - because of upper management the new hires are getting a $40K base, car plus hilarious potentials to make $30K in bonus. Quick suggestion stay away from us. The majority of the sales force is looking to get out of Ceva. Do yourself a favor and work on something more rewarding and stable.

That's right. Used to be good. Firing all the reps with high base pay and hiring inexperienced reps to have a base pay 40,000 I know this for a fact

No it's not false. I know of 3 very VERY good reps from 3 very Very VERY good manufacturing companies... Way bigger and more important than ceva, that didn't even get interviews for open territories. Fact.
