CFO left, why all the c-suite turnover?

Why so many c-suite changes since SM took over? He cleared out the old guard but none of the new ones he picked are sticking around. Claus and T O'N seemed to last less than a year. COO canned, now CFO resigned. I get he's leaving for bigger opportunity but is that really all there is to it? Company seems to have gone nowhere for years.

Well technically Claus and TO'N weren't C level but I get your point. And I think Claus was up to some shady stuff from what I heard- international has been on a nice run since he was asked to leave.

Compton was forced out for sure. I think SM is very demanding so maybe it just wears people out..? It sounded pretty friendly on the investor call but who knows what's going on behind the scenes.

C-Suite turn over should be concerning, especially when it involves good people such as Eric. Employees are discourage to report bad behavior and possible illegal activity. There are many examples of people trying to do the right thing and are fired. I was told by the whistle blower (who didn't do it anomalously) about five complaints or tips submitted. People in healthcare should not mess around with Medicare and Medicaid. I see an OIG corporate agreement on the horizon.

Ask your friendly HR Business Partner. The topics reported to federal and state agencies are already being investigated and it will snowball from there, can take a few years.

Anyone ever hear anything about eeoc complaints? Think about all the people who were termed drip, drip, drip and who replaced them. Even on this message board there are so many comments about young people coming in and new leaders who fit the suits.
