Why don’t you get a life? Being on Cafepharna 1 AM on a Friday night? You don’t even work at Taro anymore. Focus on your new adventure.

If he left earlier, some good people would still be in Finance.
Instead, he put them on probation and they found out they could get multiple job offers in this good economy if they only went on a few interviews, so they left Taro for better companies that appreciate their employees. He was never going to recover from those bad Finance survey results, anyway. May as well join the people who were looking to get out.

Define “good”. Obviously those who left could not take a little pressure, or were incompetent which is why they failed here and will continue to fail. Benefits getting better, the company has gone from night to day in a matter of weeks.

From what I heard the two recently departing standouts were fantastic. One was on her phone all day, the other preparing for hibernation season by searching for free food and napping in offices located in desolate areas.

This doesn't make sense.
Incompetent people cannot find a job, so they stay. Competent people don't want or need the "little pressure", so they leave because they can quickly find a job in a worker favored economy.

I am referring to the people that left in 2017 and 2018. EH left because he hated MB.

To all of the toxic, miserable, dysfunctional employees who are still on a Taro "free ride", your days at Taro are numbered. You've got bigger problems to think about. You may want to consider tending to your own career right now, like someone posted on another thread "KARMA, justice being served one a$$hole at a time.
