Congratulations on hiring a toxic CMO who has no business in that role.

Potential MSLs, Field Medical Management, Medical Directors, ClinDev and ClinOps: you have been warned. Stay away if you don't want to be lied to, constantly one-upped, second-guessed, publicly criticized, and gaslighted.

You have an investment banker as your CEO...good once you are commercially viable and looking to sell...not so good at the start up and the clin dev phase.

Guy has destroyed everything he has touched. CG Oncology must have a death wish to hire him. Don’t know one person who has ever been happy working for the guy, because sooner or later he betrays their trust and sells them out.

It’s incredible that the toxic COO is still employed - this shows us that some companies simply don’t care about morals. CG Oncology has put company “strategy” over hiring someone with basic goodness in their heart. I’m convinced karma will get this person eventually but not soon enough.
