There is no change. Dvps and Rob are still here. They are not capable of making the necessary changes. It is like asking LP to dunk a basketball or have a personality. It is intellectually imposible for them to understand what needs to be done. Telling them does no good. LP told us one many occasions that he and he alone decided what happened in his division. No two ways about it. So it is also to assume that CB sees himself in the same light. LP also reminds everyone that he taught Rob and CB everything they know about sales. So where is the change? They put the Chiropractor in charge of national accounts? WHAT National accounts? Seriously I did not know there were national accounts.
If you believe there is going to be a major turnaround I think you are misguided. Unless the DVPS and Rob are fired. But then you have to figure out who will fill those voids. Then there is the reputation. Part of the reputation issues come from the customer service of the home office. How are you going to change that?
