Good point - I agree about the timing of layoffs. I’ve lived through many iterations of buyouts, layoffs, reorgs in several industries, and just have that gut feeling that the company is seriously eyeballing changes. Honestly, we have some great reps, but the average distribution rep and what they do, regardless of company, isn’t worth what they get paid...
