Chapter 11?

Wow, this is getting ugly - even for Endo I mean. What's general feeling over there at HQ?

Bankruptcy seems much more likely now. They may hang on for a while, but with the $8 billion in debt, it’s a tough story to sell. Painful coming out of the NSM though. That along with the letter given to shareholders.

Morale is at an all time low. No communication from managers to reps.

Start looking now!

In the past what has been the severance package? Any idea how it gets calculated?

Just because a company goes through bankruptcy doesn’t mean the doors close. GM went through bankruptcy as did many other large businesses. It’s a chance to settle debt, and endo has a ton of debt they clearly can’t settle. There will be no expansions obviously. The only thing we should all want is accountability by our C-suite and board members.

Who the h*ll cares about C-suite and Board accountability? I want my stock to be worth something and my colleagues' jobs to be saved. I'm not on some corny vendetta for justice.

you care if you want it to get better! No way shareholders will just look the other way. With the companies stock crashing daily now, someone at the top will have to leave. When was the last time your stock was worth something here? I mean, I’ve followed this company’s stock for a while and just see it only fall.

The shorts and hedge funds are playing games and ravaging this injured animal like vultures. Teva low settlement in W Va gives a glimmer of hope. Don’t forget the US needs Endo as the shift to domestic production continues.

company does generate a significant amount of revenue annually

anyway, why not buy 10,000 shares, stick it to the shorts, and make a few bucks,

So what’s the story here? Cut and run or try to hold on and hope this mess hits 2 bucks?
They overpaid for their acquisitions and are incredibly leveraged. The acquisitions did not add the profits they were planning and product liability lawsuits have ravaged their cash. This company is going nowhere. It's a sinking ship.

First big slug of debt doesn't occur till 2027 but there just isn't much to be optimistic about on the revenue side.

Someone!! … How about they Fire the Board; Fire C-Suite and make them publish and then all pay back their bloated, over-paid bonuses to the shareholders.
