DMs are getting promoted based on cheating. RD's are getting promoted based on lying. PSR's are getting big raises based on both.
As long as lying cheaters like Howe and Evans get promoted, this type of behaivor will continue. Get used to it, because that is the basis of Reliant's culture. Honest people have no place at this company.
