Clin Res Sci Position

Hey everyone, I'm considering applying for an open position as a clinical research scientist with Smiths Medical - but the reviews so far on this company are...painful. It seems most of them have been directed to the sales/production side of the company though. Any insight into the clinical research division would be really appreciated. I do see the dismal reviews from other departments as a bit of a red flag though.

What is the job description? I'm not sure if that is a replacement position for Martha Sewall? Internal environment is even worse than the sales, but more pc and less vocal about it.

The culture here is terrible and it's a revolving door of people coming and going.

There is work to do and they'll pay you.

But it's nothing like the better companies to work for.
