Assuming what you say is true, can you offer some insight

1) Why did it take until the end of Nov. for the Board to remove Pat?
2) After Pat rejected a more than generous offer in Aug, did the board have a plan, what was the plan?
3) Why did Pat threaten BK in the earnings report dated November 9th? Did the board know he was going to put that clause in there?
4) Why didn't the board act sooner and fire PM in August?
5) Who is going to be his replacement?
6) Moving forward, how is the board going to act in the best interest of shareholders?
7) And finally why are you leaking insider information to us plebs?

this way he's able to absolve himself of responsibility for starting the rumor and can continue to post on his biocuck account.
